Enjoy free worldwide shipping on orders over $250. We also offer free shipping on orders above $89.99 for customers in the USA, UK, Canada, and Hong Kong.
Order Fulfillment
All UbiBot products are designed in the UK and manufactured in China. Orders are processed and shipped from the nearest international warehouse within 3-5 business days. If your order includes special customized products, the shipping time may be extended. Our sales representatives will confirm the shipping timeline via email.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are determined based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Fees will be calculated at checkout. Deliveries are typically completed within 5-10 business days after dispatch.
Import Duties & Taxes
Please note that the price you pay does not include import duties, taxes, or other charges, as these vary by country. You are responsible for paying all applicable charges upon receiving your order. In some cases, these fees may delay delivery.
Lost or Damaged Orders
In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, UbiBot will take full responsibility and offer a refund or replacement.
Warranty & Returns
30-Day Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Please note that UbiBot only reimburses shipping fees if the return is due to a defect in quality. A 3.5% charge applies for all refunds.
1-Year Limited Warranty
UbiBot products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. If your product malfunctions due to manufacturing defects, we will offer an exchange. Malfunctions caused by improper use, such as water damage, excessive heat exposure, or accidental drops, are not covered by this warranty.
Warranty Process
To obtain warranty service, return the product (freight prepaid) in its original packaging or equally protective packaging to the address provided by UbiBot. You may need to supply proof of purchase or complete registration requirements before receiving service.
Data Backup
Please back up any data stored on the product before returning it, as data may be lost or reformatted during the warranty process.
