If for any reason you’re not happy with a purchase that you made from UbiBot, you can return it to us within 30 days. We will provide a full refund of the price you paid for the product less any shipping costs. Please note that UbiBot does not reimburse shipping charges unless the return is as a result of a defect in quality.
